True to the west-coast way of life, our menu is healthy, wholesome and natural. Featuring a state-of-the-art show kitchen and one of the largest grill and smoke machines in Dubai, our theatrical Chefs can be seen sizzling fresh seafood, rolling Japanese maki and chopping seasonal ingredients for that authentic ‘see, smell and savour’ experience.
In true Cali style, guests can also sip on sundowners from our extensive Signature Cocktail list or peruse our Wine Cellar offering crisp, flirty notes from the rolling hills of the Napa Valley.
